Mark and Debbie live in Chapel Hill with their two children. Mark's brother Mike lives in Cary with his wife Pat and their two children. All three have made the Triangle area their home for over 25 years. Mark, Debbie and Mike know the Triangle Real Estate Area!
Mark, after graduation from George Mason University, joined his brother Mike in the Carolinas where, in the 1980's and 1990's, they owned and operated several successful businesses. Mark has been an outstanding REALTOR® for the past decade. He has won a number of Prudential Chairman's Circle Gold awards & the entire team has gained a reputation of being among the most liked, successful, & ethical Brokers anywhere.

Debbie was born and raised in Stony Brook, NY. After graduating from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill she went on to a 19 year career with Bank of America where she became a Senior Vice President in the Premier Banking Group. She joined Mark in the real estate industry in 2005. The communication and client focused skills she learned by earning her BA in Psychology and from her experience with many of the bank's premier customers are heavily utilized to assist both buyers sellers in their home related transactions. Mark and Debbie are both extremely involved at both of their children's schools, Smith Middle School and Seawell Elementary School. They both volunteer for the Chapel Hill Chapter of "Meals on Wheels". Their favorite pastimes are attending all activities of their children, Kyle and Haley, as well as sharing their love of Chapel Hill and its surrounding areas with family, friends and clients.

Mike & Mark were born in Butler, PA and raised in Clinton, MD.
Mike is a University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill alumnus where he was a member of the UNC Tar Heel Football Team (1977-1980). A licensed real estate broker since 1985, Mike worked as a new home sales consultant with Centex Homes from 1993 - 2009. Mike has sold over 650 homes throughout the Triangle area. His many awards include: Triangle Salesperson of the year, Centex Homes Mid-Atlantic Salesperson of the Year, (Best New Homes On-Site Agent - The Builder & Broker Journal) and more. Mike assisted in product design with Centex Homes and his communities won eight Parade of Homes awards over the years. He joined The McCormick team in 2009 and is a member of the Greater Chapel Hill Association of REALTORS®. When not helping clients find their Triangle area dream homes, Mike enjoys spending time with wife Pat & their daughters Nicole & Kelsey.

Stan

Stan grew up in Queens, NY. He is a United States Air Force Veteran. Upon his discharge he entered the business community, working in advertising and marketing for NY area retail electronics and appliance chains. He rose through the ranks to top management positions and had a 30 year business career. Shortly after daughter Debbie and Son Dave were born, the family moved to Long Island. Debbie left for UNC Chapel Hill in 1985 and Dave left for The University of Kentucky in Lexington shortly thereafter. Stan moved to Chapel Hill in 1997 where he launched an Internet Marketing business. In 2004 Dave joined the business, working from his computer in Lexington. Two years ago Stan joined the McCormick Team as a "newbie" and he is thoroughly enjoying his career as a REALTOR ®. Stan and his wife Susan alternate their time between Chapel Hill, with Grand Children Kyle & Haley, Lexington KY, with Grandson Thomas, Ludington Michigan with Granddaughters Kate and Eilene and NY with family and lifetime friends.
